Advice on tenders
We offer comprehensive advice on tenders in various areas, including construction contracts, contract awards by trade, turnkey construction and investment projects with third-party funding. Our service also extends to construction on behalf of the public sector as well as supply services and product-neutral tenders. In addition, we provide support with follow-up procurements and services in various sectors, such as medical services and labor market services according to SGB II and III. Another focus is on facility management and insurance services, where we ensure that all legal and procedural requirements are met. Our aim is to provide you with the best possible advice for every tender and to ensure that all processes are efficient, transparent and legally compliant.
Accompanying proceedings
We offer support in review and appeal proceedings before the public procurement chamber and the public procurement senates to ensure that all legal requirements and procedures are correctly complied with. In addition, we advise on claims for damages in connection with public procurement procedures in order to protect your interests in the event of procurement errors or deficiencies and to enforce possible claims.
Expert activity
We act as auditors and offer expert opinions to ensure the quality and legality of procurement procedures or other relevant processes. Our expertise helps to make well-founded and objective assessments that can serve as a basis for decisions.
Seminars and training courses
We conduct seminars for renowned institutions such as the German Lawyers’ Institute, the Bavarian Academy for Administrative Management, the Bavarian School of Administration, the Berlin Municipal Training Center, the Wuppertal Technical Academy and the Brandenburg State Academy for Public Administration. We also offer in-house seminars for federal authorities and municipalities in order to impart practical knowledge and train specialists in specific areas.
Training and expert activities
As trainers for specialist lawyers for public procurement law at the German Bar Institute, we impart sound knowledge of public procurement law. In addition, we work as freelance experts for the Gesellschaft für Technische Zusammenarbeit (GTZ GmbH) and Dornier-Consulting, where we contribute our expertise to the EU association of Southeast Europe and Central Asia in order to bring the region closer to the EU in legal and economic terms.
